Luana Tullis Stoddard passed away peacefully at her home on September 30, 2013. She was born July 21, 1937 to Victor Tullis and Floris Gibby in Ogden, Utah. Luana graduated from Weber High School. She married James Herbert Stoddard in Logan, Utah on July 22, 1964. Luana loved to collect, craft and crochet items and always had something in her hands. Luana was known for her creativity. Luana worked for Bank of Utah here in Utah for many years. She and James spent 10 years in California where she worked for Syntex Laboratories prior to becoming a full time mom. Luana and James visited many countries and loved to travel. Luana is survived by her husband, James Herbert and son James Rookeard Stoddard and wife, Sarah; six grandchildren Jessica (Henry) Kekoolani, David Stoddard, Mary Stoddard, Rosie Stoddard, Rachel Stoddard and Johnathan Stoddard; brother, Marlo Tullis. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2013 at the Canyon Crest Ward (6350 Combe Rd, Ogden, Utah) at 2:00 p.m. Family will meet friends on Thursday October 3, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the church house and from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Uintah Town Cemetery.
