M. Douglas Payne's Obituary

In the afternoon of November 2, 2018, we lost our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Doug Payne. Born November 18, 1947, to Herman and Valate Payne in Ogden, Utah. Doug grew up in Santa Barbara, CA, served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and dedicated his life to serving in the gospel. He enjoyed being in the temple and served as a temple worker for 12 years. He enjoyed golfing, reading scriptures, listening to conference talks, and playing or watching tennis.
