Madge Adams Green, age 87, of Layton, Utah, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on October 1, 1937, in Ogden, Utah, to Joseph Dunn and Ethel Ann Whitesides Adams, Madge lived a life defined by kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family. She was truly one of a kind—cherished for her contagious smile, heartfelt laughter, warm embrace, and the way her beautiful blue eyes lit up whenever loved ones visited.

Madge devoted her life to caring for her family, especially her children and grandchildren, whom she adored deeply. Her legacy of love and compassion will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 63 years, Les Green, whom she met through Les's brother, Rodney. Together, they built a life of dedication. She is also survived by her children: Shane, Monte (Annette), and Julie; grandchildren: Mechel, Melisa (Chad), Curtis (Miranda), and Preston; great-grandchildren: Helena, Kamille, Abram, Carlee (Chase), Madi, Mallory, Caitlyn, Damon, and Lily; and great-great-grandchildren: Taysom, Blair, and Jackson. Madge is also lovingly remembered by her siblings, Elizabeth Major and Ted (Sue) Adams.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Janeen, Paul, Dell, Mary Alice, and Joselyn; and daughter-in-law Maryanne Green.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Madge will be deeply missed and forever loved.
