Obituary

Mai Heu, 68, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on January 11, 1944 to her wonderful parents in Luang Probana, Laos. She married Vajia Thao . She along with her family immigrated to the U.S. in 1980 and settled in Utah where she lived her full life. She was a member of the LDS Church. She was the funniest and most loving woman we ever knew. Everyone that came in contact with her was her automatic friend. No one could sit next to her without laughing. Our beloved mom put up such a stron fight with her illness, but went peacefully. May she always smile at us each and every day.Mai Heu is survived by her husband, Vayia Thao, daughters: Kia Lee (Serge), Sacramento, CA., Natalie (Henry), Riverdale, UT., sons: Bee (Jennifer), Clinton, UT., Shane (Cynthia), West Haven, UT., Chau (MeMe), Plain City, UT., Cha and Ying (Lisa), Washington.
