Marcene Green Shaw, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2010. She was born the oldest child on March 25, 1936, to Marjorie Fowers and Evan W. Green in Ogden, Utah. She was married to Gary K. Allen, Wesley Miller and Jay Vernon Shaw all preceded her in death. She lived in Ogden all of her life, and shared many memories with her family and friends.She loved the many parties in her home, and her outings with her family at her cabin. She had a great time with friends boating, playing bridge, and gambling. She attended Ogden city Schools, graduating from Bonneville High School.She retired from HAFB after 25 years, and worked as a teachers aide for 15 more years (loving every minute of it). She is survived by her children; Linda (Charlie) Moffat, Dixie (Dale) Rollings, Bret Miller and Lisa, Mark Miller and Shelia, Debbie Miller, her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her very special man Wayne Broadhead, who opened the door to many places and adventures. She loved her two cowardly cats also. Her siblings; Keith (Arlene) Green, Dale (Chris) Green, DeAnna (Bryce) Porter, Cheryl (Mark) Rose and Marvin (Suzanne) Green. She had a long life friend Marylin Larson who brought many friends into her life. She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands. The family would like to give special thanks to her hospice nurse Debbie Michaelson.
