IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Maria Dejesus
Saucedo Delrio
June 4, 1957 – April 21, 2024
Our beloved Wife, Mother, Grandma, Great Grandma, Sister, Aunt and Friend, was born June 4, 1957, in Ogden, Utah to Hilario and Maria Saucedo. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and all who loved her.
Our mom loved camping at her hummingbird ranch. She loved to spend time with her kids and grandkids. She loved making tortillas and beans con chorizo for all who visited. She was an active member of the Ebenezer Church of God where she loved to sing and praise the lord. She had a very special relationship with each of her grandchildren and made sure she spent time with each one of them.
She was a very hard worker, she worked at the federal building for 10+ years before happily retiring in 2023. She was appreciated and admired for her hard work and dedication.
She is survived by her husband. Jose Luis DelRio, her 6 children Veronica (Orlando) Tenorio, Raymond (Rosi) Mendoza, Claudia (Gustavo) Lara, Ricardo Saucedo, Jose (Monica) DelRio, Luis DelRio, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her beloved perrita Mavis.
Also surviving are her sisters and brother Alma Saucedo, Ricardo Saucedo, Alicia (Pete) Hernandez, Sandra (Ruben) Murillo, and lots of nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her Parents Lalo y Luz Saucedo, her brothers and sisters Juan Saucedo, Felipe Saucedo, Guadalupe Saucedo, Hilario Saucedo Jr., Dora Santiago, and Blanca Saucedo.
She especially will be remembered by her beautiful voice and her fiery spirit that served to strengthen everyone she met.
She will be dearly missed.
