Obituary

Our cherished Mother, Grams, Sister, Marilyn Brunetti returned home and was reunited with her family on January 25, 2026.

Marilyn was born on December 30, 1930 to Rulon and Dephna Shaw and had the privilege of growing up in Ogden, Utah

She Graduated from Ogden High School in 1949

Survived by her four children, Sharonn Ericson, Nancy (Craig) Black, Steve (Ann) Brunetti, Emily Brunetti, and Sister, Carol Longfellow.

Preceded in death by Angelo Brunetti, (husband) her parents Rulon and Dephna Shaw

Marilyn (95) of Ogden, Utah passed away on 01/25/2026 from Natural Causes

She met the love of her life (Angelo) at Berthana Eccles Roller Rink on 24th Street Ogden, Utah.

In 1950 she married the love of her life (Angelo) in the Logan Utah Temple on February 14, 1950 and went on to have 4 children, and 8 grandchildren.

Marilyn loved being with her family, and cooking wonderful food. She was a highly skilled Seamstress. Sewing for many people in her community. She also was a Floral Designer, where she learned working beside her father at his Floral Shop.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, at Leavitt's Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th Street, Ogden. A viewing will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by an obituary reading at 10:00 a.m. Interment and graveside services will take place at 10:30 a.m. at the same location.
