Marjorie "Marge" Millard Bingham, 93, our devoted Mother passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving children on Tuesday, May 1, 2012.She was the 4th child born to Joseph Lawrence Millard and Elisabeth "Bessie" Williams in Ogden, Utah February 5, 1919. She was raised in Marriott, Utah. She was married to Wilford J. Bingham April 13, 1936. Their vows were solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on April 16, 1952. They became the parents of 14 children. Wilford died October 9, 2003. They were married 67 years. Marge had many interests. Her family was her priority; then the Utah Jazz, music and her many friends. An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, she has served in many callings. As a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers for over 30 years she served as captain, historian and secretary. She moved to Country Pines Independent Living in Clinton, Utah, and met many dear friends there. She attended the Country Pines LDS branch there. She is survived by her sister Pearl Stanger of Marriott and 11 of her 14 children. They are Connie Valentine (Allen Labrecque), Carolean (Dean) Hull, Janice (Malin) Johanson, Robert M. (Karla), Dianne (Craig) Chrisofferson, Barbara (Steve) Glines, D.Kent (Debbie), Mike (Tammy), Keith (Julie), Jolene (Stephen) Ririe, Kevin (Michelle) Bingham, and her dog Joey. She is also survived by 53 grandchildren, 99 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren, as well as 11 new births to be added this year. She was preceded in death by her husband, "Willie", son, Joseph Dwaine, and infant twins, Carl and Carla who died at birth; her parents and brothers, Raymond, Harry and Merle Millard. There will be a viewing Friday, May 4, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lorin Farr LDS 6th Ward, 770 15th Street, Ogden. Family will also greet friends from 9:30 to 10:30 prior to services at the Ward. Interment will be held at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park.The family would like to thank the many family and friends that have given their time and support of Marjorie during her illness.
