Our beloved Mom and Nana passed away Sunday evening May 27, 2018. Jimmi was born on November 14, 1925, in Birch Creek, UT (now known as Ogden, UT). She was the daughter of Israel P and Florence Combe of Ogden, UT. She married A. Ray Jones on March 2, 1945, in the Salt Lake Temple. Jimmi was well known for her fabulous chocolate making skills. She worked with Cavanaughs Chocolates for many years. Her greatest enjoyments in life were spending time with her family at Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, fishing, an occasional pheasant hunt, and keeping her award-winning yard beautiful. She is survived by her daughter, Dayle R. Thomas; grandson, Ryan C. Thomas and wife, Lenna Dee; great-grandchildren, Charly Ray Thomas and Bobby Jones Thomas; and brother Clark H Combe and wife, Patrice. She is preceded in death by her husband, A. Ray Jones; daughter, Bonnie Lynne Jones, and four brothers and sisters. There will be a private family graveside service. Internment in Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park. Until we meet again, we will always love and miss you dearest Nana.
