Michael Ford Olmstead passed away on March 22, 2012 after a courageous battle with leukemia. Mike was born on January 3, 1939 to Neil Raymer Olmstead and Martha Jane Neill Olmstead in Ogden, Utah. Mike spent his childhood in Ogden, attending Ogden High School where he lettered in track, football, and wrestling. He graduated in 1957 and went on to attend the University of Utah. He spent hours with them building wonderful memories such as throwing a football in the yard, playing hearts, splashing in a backyard pool, playing the hide and seek game of "Monster" and telling fun stories on the trampoline. He really was just a big kid at heart.
