Nancy Phippen

Nancy Phippen's wish came true on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 she went to go be with her one and only favorite person and husband Jay Phippen, son James Wesley Phippen and her daughters Kathy Richison and Lori Barrett.

Son's Richard Phippen and Paul Phippen will be here waiting their turn.

Nancy was a very loved mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was extremely dedicated to her Latter-Day Saint beliefs. She assisted ward members in any way possible by cooking meals, helping when ill, taking in kids in need.

She received the Silver Beaver award from Boy Scouts of America for distinguished service to youth.

Her hobbies which many people benefited from were being an avid quilter, seamstress, knitter and crocheter. She could make anything.

She was playful and found great joy out of teasing her five- year caretaker and son Paul by watching his face when he picked up a wet tissue. She often commented on what a good life she had.

There will be a private family graveside dedication. 

Interment at Leavitt's Aultorest Memorial park.
