Nathan John BrassJohn we were sad to learn that you went fishing without us on April 17, 2012. It is hard to sum up in little words everything that you meant to everyone or what you have accomplished in your 52 years. You have been such an inspiration to us since you came to this world on February 12, 1960 in San Jose. Raising hell and enjoying life to the fullest prevented you from finishing high school but didnt stop you from having great jobs by building and repaving our roads. Your passion of arm wrestling, fishing, and music has influenced so many people. Thank you for sharing the things you loved most with us. Your dry humor and your contagious smile made us want to be with you any time we could whether it was to go fishing or just have a beer. You are the most caring and compassionate man we have ever met. You were always willing to lend a hand anyway you could. Sadly we watched you slowly wither from the rheumatoid arthritis that took over your body but yet you never let that change your attitude; you embraced it and dealt with it. We will forever remember and miss you; from all of us that you left behind.Go fishing and have a beer with Mike and tell him we said hi. We love you John the Fisherman! And we know that you were judged big enough to keep.We want to invite all of your friends and family to celebrate your life on Saturday April 28, 2012 at 1pm at Leavitts Mortuary 836 36th street in Ogden, Utah. Please send us your condolences and a memory at www.leavittsmortuary.com
