IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Nola
Workman
June 29, 1938 – September 14, 2024
Nola Mae Workman, 86, of Roy, Utah, passed away into the arms of her loving Savior on September 14, 2024, after a life well lived.
Nola was born to Harold and Mae Walterhouse on June 29, 1938, in Plymouth, Indiana. While finishing her senior year of high school, Nola married the love of her life, Ed Workman. They married February 20th, 1956, and a few years later went on to have 2 sons, Daniel and John.
With amazing typing and shorthand skills she worked for several years for various doctors and as a church and school secretary before retiring and spending her time traveling full time with her husband in their 5th wheel travel trailer. They had a map with pins placed in all the places they had traveled to and were so happy they had made it to 40+ states. As her health started to decline, they settled in Roy, Utah in 2012.
Nola is survived by her husband, Ed, her two sons Dan, John (Susan), her grandchildren Ryan (Raquel), Erika (Nolan), Samantha, Christopher (Mai), Kyle (Abigail), Chad (Gwendolyn), 14 great grandchildren, her brother Duane, her sister Carole (Butch), and many nieces and nephews.
