Shilo Norma Dutcher, 57, passed away November 24, 2011. She was born June 28, 1954 to Robert and Dorthy Schlotzer in Rochester, NY. She married John Dutcher December 31, 1999.Our Mom was a wonderful and loving woman, and a mom to all. She touched every one that she met. She loved to cross stitch and being at the beach. She also loved Nascar (# 48 Jimmy Johnson). You would never see her without a book righ by her side. If you ever needed to talk, you would always find her sitting on her bed like she was waitin on you to come. She leaves behind her older daughter Rachelle, her husband Burke Thomas, son, Jesse Yarber and younger daughter Olivia Haggard. Five grandchildren; Ryan, Kolbie, Alexiea, Trevin and Ethan Forsgren. She was preceded in death by her parents. A gathering to celebrate Normas life will be held on at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2011at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden.
