Norma Otteson, loving wife and mother, passed away on August 22, 2016. Norma worked at Hill Air Force Base for 30 years. She was a member of the LDS Church, Peachtree Ward. She loved her church callings. Norma is survived by her brother, Phillip Glenn;sister, Carolyn Hirst;sons, Cole and Blain; four grandsons, Lehi, Travis, Jacob and Mathew; two great grandsons, Salem and Lehi W. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Mary Glenn; husband, Thomas R. Otteson; daughter, Lisa Miera; brother, Carlos Glenn andsister, Marilyn Hulse. A Viewing honoring her life will be on Friday, August 26, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
