Patricia R. Kay, 84, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on August 9, 2011, in Ogden, Utah. Patricia was born in Smoot, Wyoming on July 11, 1927, to James T. Moffat and Lula M. Brown. Patricia grew up in Smoot Wyoming and eventually moved to Ogden, Utah. She worked for the Federal Government for many years where she received numerous awards. Patricia is survived by four sons and one daughter, Barry (Marty) Meacham (Kentucky), Ron Meacham (Germany), Kim Kay (Utah), Jeff Kay (Utah), Michael (Julie) Kay (Montana); seven grandchildren, Kelly Ann, Tami, Travis, Paige, MeChelle, Shaynon, Nathan; 16 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Ted and sisters: Reta, Ruby, Mary Lou and Edna. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters: Dorothy, Thelma, Margaret and brothers: Lloyd and Blaine.
