Patricia Lewis (Pat) passed away June 4, 2015, at her home in Gilbert, Arizona. She was born October 8, 1948, in Ogden, Utah to LaMoine and Ethel (Tanner) Lewis. Pat graduated from Ben Lomond High School and attended Weber College before becoming employed with the Internal Revenue Service. Her position there took her to the Fresno and San Francisco, CA, areas. She received many honors during her career with IRS. After retirement from IRS, she owned her own Tax Preparation Firm in Clovis, CA, retiring in 2013, at which time she moved to Gilbert.
She enjoyed golf, movies, and all kinds of travels including trips across the US, Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico. She was still planning more trips with her nine travel friends.
She never lost track of her sense of fun even though plagued by physical hardships throughout her life. She raised Arabian horses, bungee-jumped, completed a tandem skydive, river-rafted, rode zip lines, wave riders, and was always looking for more adventures.
Pat is survived by her sister, Judi (Mike) McNally; nephew, David Chatlin (Salt Lake City); niece, Holly (Brian) Lake (Gilbert, AZ); grand-nephews, Austin Chatlin and Court Lake; and four grand-nieces, Chloe Chatlin, Phoebe, Mallory, and Emma Lake, all of whom she adored.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents.
