Patricia Ann Unsworth Kuczma, 77, passed away August 19, 2026. She was born May 17, 1949, to Quentin and Lorraine Unsworth in Soda Springs, Idaho.

She graduated from Malad High School and attended some college at Weber State, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Pat was a hard worker and a dedicated employee at her office jobs. 

She married John Kuczma and they had six children. They were later divorced.

Her faith was very important to her. She was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She endured many hardships and continue to walk with faith in every footsteps until the very end.

She was a devoted, mother and Nana. Her children and grandchildren were her whole world. She made many sacrifices for them. We know she is in heaven, celebrating with those who have gone before her.

She is survived by her daughters, Emily and Amy, and her six beautiful grandchildren.

She is preceeded in death by her parents; her son, Michael; her daughters, Camille, Crystal, and Tanna; and her brother, Quentin Unsworth.

Private, family only services will be held at Leavitt’s Mortuary.
