In loving memory of the newest angel in the sky who returned to heaven so unexpectedly. Pelon was a very kindhearted man who loved and talked to everybody. He loved listening to oldies but goodies riding his motorcycle, hunting, playing pool, swimming taking his mija secret fishing he loved to eat. Pelon served his country in the Army and loved putting his V.A. model cars together. He was with his wife for 41yrs. He loved her and his whole family with everything in his heart no matter what. Pelon is survived by his wife Kathy Rios his twin sister Pauline (Mike)Rios Rathbone brothers Joseph (Joe)Rios Eugene (Olga)Garcia. His 6 kids Paul (Paublo)(Jordan)Rios, Jason (Trip)(Daniella)Rios, Chris Pena, Terica Rios, Valentino (Chubbs)Rios, Troy (Valine)Rios. He had many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother Pauline Garcia his grandmother who raised him Candelaria Navarro and his brother Anulfo (Beshine)(Becky)Rios.
