Obituary

Pauline Crisanta Ramos, 72, passed away May 18th 2013 due to a long struggle with diabetes and cancer. She was born July 4th, 1940 in Magote, Colorado to James Clander Galvez and Ada Janette E. Valesquesz Galvez. She graduated from Sanford High School. Pauline married Armando J. Ramos in Spokane, WA at the St. Aloysius Parish on Sept. 10, 1991. Pauline was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a certified nurses aide technician for 30 years. She loved spending time with her family, trips to Wendover and activities with the Red Hatters Society. She loved to organize family reunions. She will be greatly missed. Pauline is survived by her husband, Armando; son/brother, Lazelle D. (Jan) Galvez; niece/daughters, LaVonne Montoya and Brenda J. White; sons, Tony J. White and Arthur J. (Betty) White; sisters, Marie Montoya, Grace Montano, Opal Burris, and Pearl Galvez; brothers, Jack (Mattie) Galvez and Kenneth (Maxine) Galvez; 18 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Howard Galvez, Johnny Galvez, Paublo Galvez, and James C. Galvez; sisters, Barbara Martinez and Shirley Bell Galvez. Funeral services will be held Saturday May 25th, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street where also friends may visit with the family from 12:30-1:50 p.m. prior to services.
