Phil Tony Galindo Jr., 44, passed away October 18, 2017. He was born June 26, 1973, to Felix A Galindo and Trinidad R. Martinez Galindo in Ogden, Utah. Phil graduated from Del Norte High School in 1992, in Del Norte, Colorado. Phil Galindo was the first hearing-impaired student to graduate from a public high school. Special thanks to all our family and friends for their love and support during this hard time, throughout all the years they loved Phil. Phil is survived by his mother, Trinidad Galindo; brother, Orlando J.R. Galindo; grandparents, Mary Ann and Humberto Sanchez, and Rose Galindo; his aunts and uncles, Ben and Eileen Romero, Albert Gonzales, Anita and Batrice Vita, Dee and Joe Trujillo, Jessee Galindo, Andrea Galindo, Teresa Galindo, Sandra Garpenter Genie Galindo and Eddie; his cousins, Victor Sanches, Patric Galindo, Adrian Galindo, Jesse Romero, Vince Romero, Lorenzo and Tom Veneges, and Yolanda Sanchez; along with many more family members that will greatly miss him. He was preceded in death by his father, Felix A. Galindo; grandpa, Jesus Galindo; and members of his extended family, Larry Vita, Patricia Romero, Eddie Medina, Lubin Romero and John Romero. A viewing will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017, at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with Memorial Services starting at 2:00 pm.
