Priscilla Elaine Hartley Cunningham is a born again, Bible-believing follower of Jesus Christ. Priscilla, 83, of Riverdale Utah, passed away on September 29, 2026, peacefully in her sleep, surrounded by loved ones.
Priscilla was born on April 29, 1943, to Virgil Otis Hartley Sr. and Lola Irene Kitson Hartley in Seattle, Washington. In 1963, Priscilla met her husband, William Lee Cunningham, at The Grange Community Hall in Buena Park, California. They wed in 1964 and were married for 53 years. William and Priscilla went on to have 3 children; James William, Carolyn Eileen and Christopher Dennis. They built a life in Southern California, later living in Northern California and Utah. In 2006, when their grandson William was 10 months old, Bill and Priscilla moved from Southern California to Northern California to be nearby, and stayed from then on to be with the grandchildren. Priscilla worked as a restaurant manager, office manager, nursing aide and her favorite role — Chief Domestic Engineer to her children and grandchildren.
Priscilla is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Eileen; daughter-in law-Rebecca; and 3 beloved grandchildren, William, Joshua and Raegan. She also leaves behind two siblings, Marcy Eileen Hartley Henglefeldt and Virgil Otis Hartley Jr. She is preceeded in death by, and reunited with, her parents, Virgil Otis Hartley Sr. and Lola Irene Kitson Hartley; her husband, William Lee; and sons, James William and Christopher Dennis.
Services will be held Friday, October 9th at 2:00 PM at Leavitt's Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah 84403, with a viewing held an hour prior starting at 1:00 PM.
