Ralph Edgar PhelpsRalph Edgar Phelps passed away peacefully at the George E. Wahlen VA Home on January 23, 2013. He was born October 22, 1931 in Ohio to Aubrey and Ola Phelps.Ralph enjoyed every day with his life companion Marie and his family at his side.As per Ralphs request, no formal funeral services to be held.Cremation will be under the direction of Leavitts Mortuary.Please send us your condolences and a memory at www.leavittsmortuary.com
