Ramona Reinstra Furlong passed peacefully March 28th 2023 at Ogden Regional Medical Center. Born to Simon and Susan Reinstra in 1932 in Montivideo Minnesota she grew up on the family farm. Graduated from Worthington High School in Worthington Minn. Graduated from University of Minnesota with a degree in P.E. Health Education. In 1961 she married Jim Furlong and their business took them to Ohio and then Utah. She taught for many years at St. Josephs Elementary School in Ogden. After retiring she volunteered at Ogden Regional Medical Center and was a valued member of that organization. She was a dancer, a sailor, a pilot, an MG racer, and an amazing woman. Preceded in death by her son (Sidney) a grandson (Simon) and her husband, she is survived by a grandson, Tyler Furlong. She will be interred in Worthington Minnesota. Donations can be made in her name to either Ogden Regional Medical Center or Community Nursing Services Hospice. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday April 8th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
