Raylene Norman SmileyRaylene Norman Smiley, born January 31, 1965 to Dale LouRae Norman, passed away at McKay Dee Hospital in the early morning hours on October 14, 2011, after a long hard battle w/ inflammatory breast cancer which has spread through her entire body.She attended Ogden High School, then went on to get her CNA certification at Weber State University. Raylene was an amazing woman who was very fun loving giving.
