Querido Padre Our Beloved Father, Ricardo Chavez Coria, passed away May 16, 2015 in Ogden, Utah. He was born in La Canada Michoacan, Mexico on December 13, 1924 to Ricardo Coria and Maria Guadalupe. Ricardo loved to watch soccer. There was never a game he didnt watch. He enjoyed going to all the Azteca games since that is where his boys began playing. Ricardo married the love of his life, Herminia O. Coria. Together they had 11 children, which were the joy and love of their lives. Ricardo is survived by his children: Humberto (Lorraine), Jose (Ana), Jorge (Gail), Hector (Laura), Eliazar (Jose) Saucedo, Ana (Mauricio) Perez, Abelardo (Lonetta); his siblings: Reynaldo (Catalina), Esperanza (Salvador) Contreras, Jose Coria, Evangelina (Juan) Orozco, Concepcion (Ignacio) Gomez, Ernestina (Antonio) Meza, Margarita (Lazaro) Caballero; 21 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren. A Viewing will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
