Richard John Kidder, 93, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023 at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah (of aggressive bone marrow cancer). He was born January 3, 1930 in Newark, New Jersey, son of John Benjamin Kidder and Gladys Jones Kidder. Richard graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology In Hoboken, New Jersey. Surviving are his wife, Carol Kidder of Pleasant View, UT; four children, Beverly Moynihan, Hillsboro, MO, Kevin Kidder, Croton-on-Hudson, NY, Kenneth Kidder, Hammonton, NJ and Justin Kidder, Orange, CN. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 23; visitation for family and friends will be from 10:00 am 10:45 am with the memorial service at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3035 N. 1325 W. Pleasant View, UT. Interment will be at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park.
