Richard (Rick) William Lindsey (77)

of Ogden UT, passed away March 3, 2025.

Rick was born November 4, 1947 to Irving Willam Lindsey and Bonnie Jean Hatten.

After attending Ogden High School, Rick joined the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Mechanic. After his time in the military, Rick continued working at Hill Air Force base as a planning engineer for the C-130's.

He met Diana Lee Dagsen in 1969. She was the love of his life. They later married in 1973 in Elko Nevada where they enjoyed a KFC dinner. For the next 51 years, they celebrated with the same KFC dinner.

They had 3 children; Preston Lindsey, Travis (Kim) Lindsey and Michelle (Shaun) Jimenez.

He is survived by his wife and children along with their 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

He loved spending time with his family, taking care of his yard (telling his children what he would do to their yards if it was his), fishing, working on cars, feeding the birds and joking around.

He will be missed by so many. Fly high our sweet angel. What a legacy you leave behind. We will contiue to work on your yard, fix your porch and make sure your sweetheart is taken care of.
