March 1, 1952-December 29, 20 Bob was born March 1, 1952 passed away on December 29, 2014. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He married Sheryl Lynn Houchins on June 6, 1975 and had two children, Hattie and Will, they later divorced. He married Alice Clifford on August 23, 1997. They had two girls, Alicia and Marianne. Bob was a very loving, caring, father, grandfather, uncle, brother and son. He loved fishing, golfing, and camping. Above all he loved being with his family. Family was everything to Bob and he was everything to his family, he will be greatly missed. Bob is survived by his wife Alice; children Hattie (Jon) Allen, Will (Angie) Carter, Alicia (Cole) Duren, and Marianne Carter; his mother Audrey Carter, sisters Kathy Robinson, Cindy (Duane) Kraft and brother Bruce (Kenna) Carter; grandchildren Auston and Trinity Richan and Jon and Presley Allen. He is preceded in death by his father Delmar Loraine Carter. There will be a viewing on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 - 36th St., Ogden, UT. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Leavitts Mortuary with a viewing one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to Leavitts Mortuary to help with funeral costs.
