Robert "Bob" Angelo Dellamore Bob Dellamore passed away Saturday October 8, 2011 from complications of dementia, at the George E. Wahlen Veterans Nursing home in Marriott-Slaterville. He was born on May 22, 1927 in Ogden. He was raised in Ogden and graduated from Ogden High School. Shortly after his graduation, he enlisted in the US Army and spent tours of duty in numerous locations both state-side and abroad, to include a tour in Vietnam. He retired with honor after 27 years of highly dedicated, faithful service to his country. During his military career, he met and married Doris Child Moss, also of Ogden. They were later divorced and he never re-married. Prior to his illness, Bob demonstrated a true love for golf and enjoyed playing a roundf or two almost every week (climate permitting) with his two sons. He also enjoyed working on various projects with his personal computer. Bob is survived by his two sons, Steven Dellamore (Clearfield) and Mark Dellamore (Roy), 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters and 3 brothers. The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to the doctors and staff members of the Heritage Park, Washington Terrace, and George E. Wahlen Veterans nursing homes.
