11/18/59 - 7/31/13 Rob passed away after a long period of pain from Sugar Diabetes. He was born in Pocatello, Id. Moved to Clearfield, UT in 1974 until 1983. We moved to Palm Springs, CO where he opened his tattoo parlor call The Dragons Lair. he was an excellent artist. Robert never met an enemy. Preceded in death by his older brother, Victor J. Burlison whom he missed terribly. Survived by his daughter, Summer Dawn Harrison, grandchildren: Baylee, Jacob and Cheyenne; his parents, Richard and Sandra McElveen; sister, Christine Ann Ogden; nephews, Robert (Lacey)Pledger, Kaden Burleson; nieces, Sandra (Skyler) Bare, Tina K. Ogden; grandma Roma Schultz; grandpa Lorin Winger; aunts, Judy (Marvin) Skinner, Cheryl (Val) Dearden.
