Robert Russell, 75, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2026, just two days after celebrating his birthday.

Born on July 5, 1951, Robert was the son of Hazel June Williams. He proudly served his country as a United States Marine Corps veteran during the Vietnam War, carrying that sense of duty and commitment throughout his life.

Following his military service, Robert dedicated 47 years to federal service, where he worked as a missile supervisor. His strong work ethic, leadership, and dedication earned the respect of those who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Robert was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who found his greatest joy in spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Victoria Russell; his daughters, Cheryl Russell and Tammy Russell; and his sons, Robert Russell, James Russell, and Nathan Green. His family will forever cherish the love, guidance, and memories he shared with them.

Outside of work, Robert enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He was a lifelong fan of country music, rarely missed cheering on the Dodgers, and had a special bond with his beloved dog, Bella, who was a constant source of companionship.

Robert will be remembered for his quiet strength, unwavering dedication to his family and country, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew him. Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy of service, loyalty, and love will continue to live on through his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. located at Leavitt's Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
