Died of Natural causes at Ogden Regional. 

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah

Ron was a very talented man! He played 12 string guitar (self-taught) and played in the band "Two of a Kind" with Bob Brown for many years. He loved music, sang and played the guitar with great talent, he was funny and had all the nieces, nephews and grandkids in awe with his height. Ron was not often seen without his boots and hat; he was a cowboy through and through. 

 He was a skilled diesel mechanic; a damn good heavy equipment operator and he held Box Elder County arm wrestling championship for years. He was also a farmer/rancher and told cowboy poetry. Ron will be greatly missed by all. ❤

Ron is preceded in death by his parents Wilma and Keith Fridal, son Jay Hess and daughter AdaLynn Fridal.

He survived by loving Fiancé Orma Patino, brother Del Fridal, sister Debra Quinn, sister Melanie Miller, daughter Tanya Sue Fridal and eight Grandchildren-Chayla Gonzales, Christian Gonzales, Nevaeh Nelson, Miley Hess, Dallas Hess, Aaidon Keppler, Traydon Roderick, Daxon Roderick.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. with a Viewing held one hour prior at Leavitt’s Mortuary 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah

Interment at Leavitt’s Aultorest Memorial Park.
