Rowlan Louis Armbruster, 74, passed away on July 9, 2017, in his home of complications due to age. He was born June 26, 1943, to Rudolph L. and Hazel E. Armbruster in Denver, Colorado.
Rowlan grew up and attended high school in Ledvill, Colorado, and then attended university. He spent two years in the Army before he moved to Utah and married Judith Roseberry. They were married for 10 years. They had two children: Rowan Louis and Dorothy Cerritha. After they divorced, he moved to Ogden with his children and eventually married Kathleen James. He adopted her son John Kristopher. They divorced prior to her death in 2001. He loved camping, hunting, fishing and race cars. He loved being around his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by Ashley Carrline Armbruster and survived by: Louis and Angela Armbruster and their five children; Daniel Thomas Daugherty (Small), Ashlie LeAnn Small, Michael Harvey, Rylee Armbruster, and Quinn Lockwood Fleming. Dorothy and Russell Burton and their four children: Alan Stott, Sarah Stott, Christopher Stott, and Justin Stott; Kristopher and Christie Armbruster and their two children: Quinn Fox and Owen Scott; as well as his two great grandchildren: Jaylynn Spade Harvey and Christian Paul Coats-Jarmin.
