Roxanne Lee Vigil age 43, passed away September 7, 2018, from bladder and liver cancer. Roxanne was born August 14, 1975, to Lawrence and Debbie Vigil in Salt Lake City, Utah. She worked for and received her GED in her early 30s. She was baptized in the LDS Church and gave her Testimony. She liked doing word search puzzles, playing board games, camping, and she loved old time rock-n-roll music. She was an artist who could draw the most beautiful pictures. She had a big heart and loved her children and her family dearly. She will be forever in our hearts. Roxanne is survived by her mother and stepfather, Debbie and Jody Thackeray; her children, Paxon and Jenna Schen; brothers and sisters, Joseph Vigil, Rebecca Perez, Desiree Thackeray, Sunny Thackeray, and Cody Thackeray; grandmothers, Linda Fenn and Bonnie Thackeray; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Vigil; two uncles, Leonard and Wayne Vigil; grandparents, Eddie and Pauline Vigil, Orson Fenn, and William Thackeray; and a very special great-grandmother, Anna Gustaveson. A private memorial will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at the LDS Church 9th Ward, 550 East 950 North, Ogden, Utah.
