Russell Rusty Morton, 52 passed away, August 20, 2016.
Rusty was born April 5, 1964 to William Morton and Barbara Sibert in Ogden, Utah.
Rusty attended Bonneville High School.
Our beloved son, father and brother lost a tough fight with cancer. He fought very hard and showed us all just how strong he was. Rusty is now our angel in heaven watching us and still with us every step of the way.
He was a hard worker all of his life, he worked concrete for 30 years. He taught his kids to get what they want in life you gotta work for it.
He loved going riding on his dirt bike in the mountains with anyone he could get to go, if no one then hed go on his own, that was his happy place. Rusty loved his family, but most importantly his kids, he always wanted his kids with him and together. The one person who we believe brought him a lot of joy and happiness to his life in this last year was his first grandbaby Lillie Jean. He sure loved her and she sure loved her papa. Rusty fought for all three of his kids and did anything they needed. He would give anyone the shirt off his back or the last dollar in his wallet even if it meant he went without. We all lost a part of us the day we lost Rusty.
Rusty was a great man and will be missed dearly. Hes touched many people one way or another and for that hell never be forgotten. Fly high with the angels dad, this isnt goodbye this is see you later.
Rusty is survived by his three children Ashley, Andrew and Allyson; Parents Barbara (Ross) Sibert and William (Sherry) Morton; Brothers Doug Morton, Denny Morton and Sister Karen (Jeff) Butters; Sister-in-law Becky and many nieces and nephews.
Also surviving is one granddaughter Lillie Jean Ashby
