Scott Ingvald Jacobsen, 64, passed away surrounded by his family on September 11, 2017, in South Ogden due to natural causes. Scott was born on February 6, 1953, to Eugene and Pauline Jacobsen in Ogden, Utah. Scott graduated from Ogden High School in 1971. He married and later divorced Cheri Ann King. Scott was in automotive sales the majority of his life and then began OTR truck driving. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, and golfing. He held a special place in his hear for his two boys. He loved animals as well especially his rescue dog Ziggy. Scott is survived by his father, Eugene Jacobsen; sister, Rebecca (Peter) Puglia; brother, Kent (Robyn) Jacobsen; son, Christopher (Shanell) Jacobsen; stepson, Paul (Kachelle) Belnap; and two grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Jacobsen; and brothers, Mike Jacobsen and Mark Jacobsen. A Celebration of Life will be held at Kent Jacobsens on Saturday, September 23, 2017.
