Obituary

Sheila S. Malone 76 Returned to Heavenly Father on Nov 25, 2023, at home in comfort with family. She was born in Logan, UT. on Dec 23, 1946, to Lyle Bert Smith and 'Moselle Norris. The oldest of five siblings, Trudy (LaMar) Ricks of Millville, Ronda S. Needham of Nibley, Tracy Bert (Tami) Smith of Warren, Tina (Bret) Davis of Wellsville.

After getting her GED at Weber State. She also was certified in handwriting analysis, certified in Air Force training, where she began her career at HAFB.

In 1966 Married Lonnie J. Malone, went on to have two children. Son Morgan J. Malone and a daughter Tracina B. Malone. After 18 yrs., divorced in 1982.

In 2012 Sheila retired and spent time pursuing her deep passion for sewing and crafting of all kinds, creator of horse blanket seat covers to Diamond Tucking Auto Interior. She loved doing beadwork, leather designing, embroidery, quilting, sewing clothes and baby clothes. Excellent in everything she made and very well known for her abilities. She enjoyed family gatherings, quality time with grandkids, she enjoyed being outside, playing with her flowers. Karaoke, when she was out with her friends. She would even dance a step or two.

She was a member of the LDS Church of Jesus Christ.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents Bert and Moselle Smith, her sister Trudy Ricks, her son Morgan Malone and her great granddaughter Alexis Wells.

She is survived by her sisters Ronda and Tina, her brother Tracy plus her daughter Tracina, four grandchildren Brittnee Boren, Rikki Hymas, Mia Malone, Myles Malone and great grandchildren Dallas Wells and Blake Malone.

We would like to give a special thank you to: Aunt Ronda, Aunt Tina, Uncle Tracy for all the help and support. Her Doctors and Hospice at Intermountain for making sure my mom was in comfort. The caring members of the 7th ward Larry and Karen Pitchford, RayDene Swain for your kind support and everything you've done.

Also, Leavitt's Mortuary with the utmost respect for Sophia Russell for listening to our family requests, keeping your word in handling the preparations in a professional manner, as should be. You rock girl!

She will be so missed, never forgotten, and loved forever!!

Her Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Dec 02, 2023, from 2:30 pm to 330 pm at the church of Jesus Christ 4900 S. 2000 W. Roy, UT Please join us for sharing memories and celebrating her life.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105
