Shirley Prieto Reed, 72, passed away Oct. 2, 2013 in Ogden, UT. She was born April 11, 1941 to Benita and Blas Prieto in Delta, CO. She married Jack Reed in Little Rock Arkansas. She loved caring for their fish, cat, birds and especially her dogs. She loved spending time with her kids, grand kids and great great grand kids. Grandmas favorite store was Petco. She also enjoyed cruising with her family and friends. We would like to give a special thanks to friends and family who were there for Shirley in her time of need. Special thanks to Shirley (Georgia) Dias and Damion (Sapo) Archuleta. Shirley is survived by Manuel Diaz, Ramon Reyna, Joe Reyna, Estella Briseno and Anthony Reyna, Robert (Delifina) Prieto, Lupe (Annabelle) Prieto, Camillo (Gracie) Prieto, Ester Prieto, Isabel Prieto (Pauline), Peggy Prieto (Salmon); 18 grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Benia and Blas Prieto, John Prieto, Jessie Prieto, Joe Prieto, Mary Salazar, Stacy Reyna Anjericka Archuleta, and Robert Santo Soto. Funeral Services will be held Friday Oct. 11, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at St. Joesephs Church, 514 24th Street, Ogden, Utah. A viewing will be held at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden on Thursday evening Oct. 10th from 6-8 p.m. . Final Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Shirley will be layed to rest at Leavitts Crystal Garden Mausoleum on Monday Oct. 14th at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made toward Shirleys services at Leavitts Mortuary.
