Stanley McKinnon Wilson Jr. December 19, 1921 ~ April 18, 2014 Stanley McKinnon Wilson Jr., 92, passed away at home, April 18, 2014. He was born December 19, 1921 to Stanley McKinnon Sr. and Maggie Wilson, in Randolph, Utah. Stan graduated from Weber State College. He married Maria Hopkins in Soda Springs, Idaho on October 9, 1950. Stan served in the US Navy during WWII. Most of his life Stan built homes specializing in interior finish work. He was a Scout Master for many years. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting with his family. Stan raised his family in Pleasant View. Stan is survived by his wife Maria; brother Bill (Ronnie) Wilson, sons Danny (Arlette), Mac (Lorena) Wilson; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren. Stan is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Sue Williams; daughter-in-law, Annette Wilson; brothers, George, Dan, Glen and Webber; Sisters, Janet, Susan, Jean, and Helen. The family thanks Intermountain Hospice for the care given to Stan. Funeral Services will be held at Leavitts Mortuary, 836-36th Street, Ogden, UT., Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Family will greet friends Monday, April 28, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and prior to service on Tuesday, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Interment in Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park.
