Susan Ann (Negley) Flygare, 77 of Ogden, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 3rd, 2026, due to natural causes.

Susan was born on June 21st, 1948, to Norma Frederick and William Negley in Oakland CA. After Susan graduated from Alameda High School in 1966. She went on to attend community college, studying business.

In 1972, she was sealed to her husband Glenn in the Oakland temple.

Susan was active in the church and made friends everywhere she went. In 1998, they moved to Ogden, UT. Where they spent their time with family and close friends.

Those who had the pleasure of knowing Sue would describe her as loving, friendly, and kind. She approached life with an open heart and generous spirit.

Susan was survived by her 5 children, Glenn Jr. (Cindy). Holly, Robert (Lorelei), Stacy (Aurora), Richard (Stephaine), 12 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Glenn, both her biological parents, her foster parents, and other family members.

Services will be held at Leavitt's Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, UT 84403. On February 20th, there will be a viewing from 6 pm-8 pm. February 21st, a secondary viewing is from 12:45 pm – 1:45 pm, and services will be from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Her final resting place will be next to her beloved husband at Ogden City Cemetery.
