Susan M. Kelsey March 6, 1958 ~ March 29, 2014 Susan Skip Marie Kelsey passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014; she was 56. Susan was born in Virginia to John and Janice Bradley. Susan grew up and raised her kids as part of the Air Force family, while serving as a DoD employee. She was a free-spirit that was loved by all. Susan is survived by her children, granddaughter, father, and siblings. Services will be held on April 17, 2014 from 4-6pm. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, UT.
