Tamara LundTami Lund passed away at her home on November 27, 2012. She was born in Ogden, Utah, on October 26, 1950 to Bryan W. and Sharlene Thompson Lund. She graduated with High Honors from Ogden High School in 1968. She attended Weber State College from 1968 to 1971, majoring in general studies with an emphasis in psychology. Tami then graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1975 from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT.She married Ron Nylander in 1978 and they had an amazing son, Chet Nylander; she later married Jim Stephenson in 1982 and they had an amazing daughter, Megan Yarrington. Tami was a magical person who everyone loved. She touched so many lives with her smile and kind heart. She never realized how much she gave to others and how much others cared for her. She is survived by her son Chet (Kristi) Nylander and their two children, whom she loved with all her heart, Chloe and Bode. She is also survived by her daughter Megan (Kris) Yarrington as well as all of her wonderful lifelong "bird" friends who were very dear to her heart. Tami was preceded in death by her parents and her dear sweet nephew Benjamin Lund. A Celebration of Tamis life will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2012 in Leavitts Waterfall Atrium.
