The world lost a beautiful soul today, and Heaven received an angel. Tammy was born on September 24, 1976, to Anthony R. Salazar SR and Katherine (Johnson) Salazar, Later divorced. She was called back to her Heavenly Father on July 28, 2017. Tammy was a kind and loving person. She was always thinking of others and was there for the ones she loved. She loved her family and friends more than anything else. Tammy lived with her family in Washington Terrace, Utah. She loved to go on rides and look at the world around her. She loved music and dance. We will greatly miss her and the joy she brought into our lives. Tammy left behind a husband, Domingo Rogel; their four children, Alicia (17), Mariah (16), Domingo JR (15), and Xaiver (8); her mother, Katherine Johnson; sister, Heather (Salazar) Wimmer; a brother, Anthony Salazar JR; her aunt, Pauline Medina; and uncle, Nick (Angie) Salazar. She was preceded in death by her father, Anthony R. Salazar, her aunts, Percilla Montano and Mary Salazar; and her uncles, Manuel Salazar, Ross Salazar, and Henry Salazar. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm, with funeral services on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at St. Joseph Church, 514 24th Street, Ogden, Utah at 9:30 am. Interment at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park. Services entrusted to Leavitts Mortuary.
