Thomas Arthur Baker, 74, of Spanaway, WA, died September 29, 2022, surrounded by his family. "Tom" Baker, son of Donald and Laura Baker, loving father and grandfather, passed away of heart failure after living with a mechanical heart valve for 40 years. He is survived by his siblings Marilyn (Ed), Joe (Cindy), Cindy (Larry), Rich, and his children Jennifer (Tim), Trina (Dave), Jared (June), Laura (Mike), Chantel (Steven), Kevin (Shalyn), Stephanie (Tyson) and Ryan (Annie). He is also survived by his twenty grandchildren. Toms career spanned 40 years in construction, real estate, insurance, and retail sales, including six years of helping others while working at CVS Pharmacy. He had a deep love for family, hard work, and poetry. He was a published author and poet. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Washington - A Celebration of Life will be held on October 8, 2022, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the McMillian Grange, 12615 State Route 162 E Puyallup, WA. Utah - A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Leavitt's Mortuary, 836 36th St, Ogden, UT.
