Thomas Eugene Bush passed away at home in Ogden, UT while battling with ALS on May 15, 2015. He was born to Alpheus and Helen Bush on March 11, 1950 in Seattle, WA. He served in the active Navy, and later in the Air Force reserves. His family was his caregivers. Tom was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed. Tom is survived by his two brothers: Ernest Lambeth (Lansing, MI), and Sid Bush (Ogden, UT); his sister Yvonne Martin (Ogden, UT); as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on May 21, 2015 at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah. Friends may greet the family prior to services from 12:45 to 1:45 pm.
