He was born June 15, 1936 in Wellsville, UT, a son of Harold and Ruth Parker. He was reared and educated in the Cache Valley School District. He then served in the US Army. Tom graduated from Idaho State, Pocatello, ID in 1970 with an Education-Recreation degree. Tom later became employed with the Clearfield Job Corps as a Recreation-Specialist in the Recreation Dept. where he retired after 33 years in 2005. He married Bonita (Bonnie) McCabe June 25, 1977 in Las Vegas, NV. Tom enjoyed camping, his wildlife hunts and spending vacations salmon fishing with his brother Blaine in Alaska. Tom especially loved his Lhaso, his TV and the remote control! He is survived by his wife Bonnie and her two children, daughter Shayne Snyder, Scappoose, OR and son, Chris Parker, Roy, UT, one brother Blaine Parker, Riverdale, UT, sisters Bonnie (Ron) Case, Thelma (Jerald) Seeholzer, Wellsville, UT, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
