Val Harvey Richardson

Val was born and raised in the grocery business working for his father in his grocery store in West Ogden starting around 8 years old sorting pop bottles. He graduated from Ogden High School, shortly after married Connie Stitzer and had four children together Mike, Kathy, Jeff and Sherri. Their marriage ended in divorce.

 He married the love of his life Sharon and added two more siblings to our family Bob and Janna. Val continued working in the grocery business for Harmans, Country cousins, Bull Frog in Lake Powell.

Val loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and loved to go fishing, snowmobiling, boating and anything else there is to do in the outdoors.

Val's body may lie in rest, but his spirit will remain in our hearts and never be lost forever until we join him in paradise with his dad Leland E. Richardson, his mom Lucille Richardson, his two brothers Wally and Leland, his son Mike, his daughter Kathy, his grandson Christopher.

Meanwhile his loving wife Sharron , his son Jeff/ Joanna, daughter Sherri, stepson Bob/Becky, stepdaughter Jan/Jeff, ten grandchildren, many great-grandchildren,  8 great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews will hold his spirt in our hearts until the time comes when we are all together again. We love you Val.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Leavitt's Aultorest Memorial park 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
