Virginia (Bea) Archuleta Pacheco, our treasured mom, grandma, sister and aunt passed away Monday, March 27, 2017, in Ogden, Utah. She was born August 23, 1939, to Ubaldo Archuleta SR and Rachael Ruybalid Archuleta on a family farm on the outskirts of Archuleta County, Colorado. The family later relocated to Devils Slide, Utah, where she attended Morgan county schools and graduated from Morgan High School. She married her beloved John Pacheco on July 20, 1958. They had four daughters.
She was very proud of being an Archuleta descendant from Archuleta County in Colorado. She loved to go fishing with dad and grow all kinds of beautiful flowers in her garden. She made beautiful jeweled calendars that she loving gave as gifts. She was a hard core San Francisco 49er fan and she loved Elvis! Above all, she loved spending time and building special bonds with her family. She always kept a positive attitude on all life had to offer. We will miss her and her strong non-negotiable will.
She is survived by her daughters: Nova (Louis) Macias, Michelle (John) Talos and Chauntal Murphy; ten grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Jose (Joe) Archuleta.
Her husband John; daughter, Cathy; parents and siblings: Ubaldo JR, Cordelia, Angelina and Nova, precede her in death.
The family would like to thank Lissa, Marcos and Sandra from Intermountain Hospice for their tender care of our mother.
