William L. (Billy) Bishop, 39, passed away on December 15, 2013. He was born on May 21, 1974 in Twin Falls, ID to Donna Salinas. He graduated from Roy High School. He is survived by his mother, Donna Salinas, fiance Alisha Williams, "his other parents", Lonnie and Charlie Adams, two sons; Chase Roberts of Cutnshoot, TX and Brendon Bishop of Ogden, UT. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, his best friend Shawnboy as well as his beloved babies, Lucy and Cherokee. Billy was a long haul truck driver. He loved his friends and his Harley. He loved his boys and family so much. His last words to Alisha were that he wanted her to always remember that she was the love of his life, and soul mate and that his heart and soul would be with her always and that he has never been so happy. Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 12 noon at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah. Cremation under the direction of Leavitts Mortuary.
